I've had an email from 'Natwest Payments', is this legitimate?
NatWest Payments is the part of NatWest that looks after Tyl and Payit. You can expect emails and website pages from NatWest featuring this address. However, as always, please be careful with any financial email or link you receive, and do not click anything you are not sure about.
If in doubt, please head to tylbynatwest.com or get in contact with us.
Why haven't I received the email I was expecting?
Please check your Junk/Spam folder. Your email may have been sent from natwestpayments.com or [email protected].
If you are requesting a verification code or inviting a new user to your Tyl account, double check you've entered the correct email address.
Future changes
