Difficulty with monthly payments
If you’re worried your business may not be able to honour its monthly Tyl payments, the very first thing to do is to get in touch with the Tyl team. We understand that business has its ups and downs, and we’ll do our very best to help your through the tough times.

Call us on the number below and talk us through your difficulties, we may be able to set up a payment plan to spread your costs further, or find another solution to match your situation.
Missed payments and arrears
If you do fall behind on your monthly payments, we’ll contact you either by letter, email and/or phone to discuss the situation and how you can pay back the arrears, taking into account your current circumstances.
We may be able to set up a payment plan for you, so that you can spread the total amount, although this might not always be possible.
When you make a payment to us, we’ll use the funds to repay your oldest outstanding debt first.
If there are arrears on your account, we may place your account on an active hold. You can carry on taking payments as normal, but any payments you process will be used to offset the outstanding balance until its cleared. After that, your account will be back to normal.

Cancelled direct debit
If you’ve cancelled your Direct Debit by mistake, please contact your bank who will be able to reinstate it for you.
If we are due to take a payment from you, then please also contact us on the number below and choose option 3, and then option 2, so that we can make sure your payment is successful.
