We've taken the difficult decision to retire the Tyl Rewards App as from the 22nd April 2025. You can continue to accumulate reward points & accessing offers until this date, but any points not redeemed by then will be lost.
Why is Tyl Rewards ending?
We wanted to give Tyl businesses a great way to delight their customers and grow their business. Unfortunately the take-up was quite low, and with the high cost of maintenance and support for these features, we had to take the difficult decision to stop offering these services.
What will happen to my points or unclaimed rewards if not redeemed by the deadline?
Any any points/offers not redeemed by 22nd April 2025 will be lost.
